Hello! Welcome to this corner of the internet, filled with my favorite recipes, cooking & baking techniques I love, random musings, excerpts from books I’m reading, whatever new vinyl I just bought, and some walk-around photography from my life. I love bread, and I don’t apologize for it. The same goes for pasta, butter, pesto, cheese, and basically anything else society loves to tell us isn’t good for us. I believe food is beautiful, so cooking is really poetry and baking is really art. If I wax poetical at times, it’s because I care about the liturgy of food, and I want to share it with others–with you.
